In the season 2010/11, I didn't organize any workshops because of my move to a new location (Sep/Oct. 2011) and physical problems. Also a smaller demand and thus the financial risks involved, made me decide to have a break in offering workshops.

At this moment I can not indicate when I will start to offer workshops again.

On-demand workshops:

If you have a group of people (minimum 6 people) who would interested in having a Body Electric workshop specially tailored for them, then I would of course be delighted to hear from you.

A group can consist of only men, only women, or a mixed group; in this last case there must be equal numbers of men and women in the group. The maximum size of a group is 18 people, although this can also be less depending on the size of the workshop space chosen.

Body Awareness (introductory workshop 1)

Using movement, sound, breath, touch, play and meditation, we bring awareness to the senses by making a connection with ourselves and from there connection with others. Learn to look people in the eye. Feel what happens when you really fill your body with breath. Surrender to movement with body and soul. These are some of the awareness techniques we will explore.

This clothes-on introductory workshop provides an opportunity to experience the beginnings of Body Electric work. There will also be time to ask questions about other workshops.

Intimacy and Touch (introductory workshop 2)

Using the techniques of the Body Awareness introductory workshop we gradually build a safe environment without clothing to sharpen the senses even further. In this environment respectful intimacy can become possible with ourselves and others. Generous nurturing touch can then evolve.

Here we will also take time to answer questions about other workshops.
No previous experience necessary.

Awakening Fire in Men (a.k.a. Man Fire Celebration)

In this weekend you can learn how to awaken your erotic life-force within your own body supported by other men. You do this using breath, movement, sound, acknowledging rituals and Taoist Erotic Massage. You expand your sexual boundaries and fill your body with orgiastic energy. Using heightened breath techniques, you allow this energy to flow through your entire body. This force reaches the depth of your being, nurtures you and gives a feeling of oneness within yourself. Participants massage in groups of three. Taoist Erotic Massage is about giving and receiving touch to open the connections within your body.

A Taoist Erotic Massage leads to a full-body orgasm instead of an ejaculation. This happens, when the sexual energy and the breath energy are coordinated so that orgasmic energy flows through the entire body. A final tensing of all muscles and then letting go releases the energy within your own energy field (aura).
